This particular Nautaline has always been a live-aboard.  The current owner has called it 'home' for the last 25 years.  This is relevant because the vessel has been maintained like a home and is structurally and mechanically, very sound.  There are even custom built storm windows!  Nothing was ever 'let go'.  Over the years, minor alterations yielded great increases in storage.  He has recently purchased a trawler.

The hull is a "V", not a flat bottom.  See the last three photos, showing hull modifications made by the owner.  These mods were glassed in properly and are indeed, part of the hull.  They provide for greatly increased handling while underway.

The owner has traversed Narragansett Bay in all types of weather and insists the vessel will take anything the Bay can throw at it.

There are upper and lower control stations.

The engine runs great.  The Volvo Outdrive was completely rebuilt last year and is 'as new'.  Tilt and Trim controls.

The appliances are in excellent condition.  The 6 cu ft refrigerator is 2 years old.  The range/oven is propane fueled.  A microwave is included.  The winter furnace is a Blue Flame ventless unit.

There is a 4kw genset with low hours.

Also included are the usual assortment of basic electronics, anchors, fenders, dock lines, and pfd's.

All will supersize.

The photo below shows the starboard skeg and extended keel.

The photo below shows the extended keel and side view of the extended chines.

This bow shot shows the added chines very well, along with the skegs and keel.  (The chines are the hull extensions or 'flares' just at the waterline, beginning at the bow.)
